Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Onward Ticket Portal (“Onward Ticket Portal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and verified flight reservation services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Onward Ticket Portal is an online service that provides verified flight reservations (onward / dummy tickets) for visa applications, travel proof, and similar purposes. We operate entirely online and can be reached at support@onwardticketportal.com.
2. What We Collect
To issue and deliver your flight reservation, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide when booking. This typically includes:
- Full name — as it appears on your passport, required for the reservation
- Email address — to deliver your ticket and respond to support queries
- Phone number — for ticket issuance and order-related communication
- Nationality — required for accurate flight reservation details
- Date of birth — required by airline booking systems for reservation issuance
- We may also collect certain non-personal technical data automatically — such as device information, IP address, browser type, and basic usage data — via cookies or similar technologies (see section 9).
3. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect more than what is needed to fulfill your order. We do not ask for passport numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive government-issued identifiers. Payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to process and confirm your booking and to communicate with you about it. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Issue and deliver your verified flight reservation
- Send your completed ticket, booking confirmations, and payment receipts to your email address
- Process corrections or re-issuances if requested
- Respond to support queries related to your order
- Send important service notices and — only if you subscribe — occasional product updates
5. Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. We accept major debit and credit cards and other supported methods offered by our processor. We do not store, log, or have access to your full card details at any point — all payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processor in line with applicable security standards (including PCI DSS where relevant).
7. Data Retention
We retain your order data for up to 12 months from the date of purchase so we can assist with corrections, re-delivery, or support queries. We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. After it is no longer needed — and in any event after the retention period above unless law requires otherwise — your personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Only authorized personnel handle personal data needed to fulfill bookings. While no system is completely immune, we are committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws. You may ask to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal obligations
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability of your data, where those rights apply
11. International Compliance
We operate globally and comply with applicable data protection laws in regions such as the EU, UK, US, UAE, and others. We follow GDPR principles for EU and UK users and relevant laws such as the CCPA for California residents. (We do not sell personal data.)
Any international transfer of data is protected at a level required by law — for example, via approved data-transfer mechanisms for EU-origin data.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
13. Contact Us
